Pleasantly suprised. This hotel is ideal for the termini. Our room was spacious and quiet.
A well presented, well located hotel. My room was smallish yet quite comfortable, the facilities were first class and the staff friendly and efficient. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, basic place to stay while visiting Rome, I would definitely stay there again.
The breakfast is quite poor. Contrary to what is noted on the website, there is no (outdoor) swimming pool.
The Hotel was clean but rather frayed.
Beautiful furnishings but lighting was dreadful and the rooms were extremely dark. We were in an annexe round the back which was a bit inconvenient if you needed reception.

A very nice hotel with a good location near Termini Station. Good room with everything you need for both business and private trips. Breakfast is basic but includes all necessary "morning items". I recommend to stay in this hotel.
100 yards from nearest Metro station. One stop away from main termini station. Decent sized rooms, and excellent service throughout. No added extras such as tea/coffee making facilities in room, and breakfast can be a little congested over the weekend period. Excellent rates and would definately stop again. You will not be disappointed!
Nice hotel with good location, only "bad" thing was that our room faced a very busy road which you could hear all night. Other than that, it was perfect!
Very clean, reasonably priced Hotel. Only drawback is location is a fair walk from Centro Storico. But it is worth it. Friendly staff and close to Termini Station.
Excellent location, on quiet road near Termini. We were placed in apartment behind main hotel. Large living area with bedroom area above. Excellent continental buffet breakfast.

They did not change the sheet during our four night stay. You had to go outside to get to the main entrance and to the breakfast. There was no lift!

This hotel was walking distance to the Termini Train Station which worked very well for us. The hotel was charming and clean and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay here.
The hotel was very nicely decorated. However, the restaurant is only open for breakfast. There are no bar facilities for hot water or tea/ coffee, bottle of water, etc. in the evening when the guest comes back from touring. One has to go out again and buy something at the nearest restaurant or supermarket. Otherwise the hotel was lovely, very new, and the rooms for spacious, and very nicely done.
Great location close to the Termini and Metro. The balcony was a bonus.
