Very nice hotel in a quite area, excellant breakfast and food in general.

it's really good service but location was little bit far a way to interesting place.

very nice hotel , with many swimming pools, hot water and clean, the beach is not nice and not very clean. breakfast is great, location is quiet. i would recommand this hotel to friends.

Actually a gem of a hotel, on a cliff, away from the Pattaya madness! Nice selcuded beach below. Great service.

We went there by car. The hotel is abit far from city but it's very peaceful. So if you drive, I recommend this hotel :)

Very pleasant hotel, good facilities, but let down by the beach not being too clean (I think it was just after a storm).

Pros: A very good hotel with a wonderfull pool area and great breakfast. Good value for your money (2500 bahts per night in November 2008). Lots of friendly and service minded staff. Cons: Located far a way from Pattaya center. However, the hotel shuttle bus is quite an easy way to reach malls and Walking street. Some of the staff can't or don't wan't to understand english. The beach adjacent to the hotel is quite small and has some debris (normal thing in Pattaya), which is shame, because it could be very nice place to swim with a little better maintennance. Food and beverages are very expensive at the hotel when compared to normal prices in thailand.

This property was clean and friendly service. It is tucked away and walking is difficult to go to any shopping area. The beach is small but private. Rooms are small for the price per room.

The people were very friendly and helpful, but they had now experience at all. e.g. there is a special office for day trips and the girl who is working there doesn't now what the trip contents are. Maybe an idea to send her first so that she knows what she sells. Again nothing to complain about the service, it is more the management who should train the people. They are more than willing to serve!! Great hotel and come back for sure!

Fantastic place. Very well priced for what you receive. Food we ate here was the best we had in Thailand. Staff are very freindly and rooms are well appointed. Would definately stay here again. A++++

Through [your website] we got this accomodation quite cheaply though still quite expensive for Thailand. When we wished to upgrade the room with an extra bed (which I could not do on [your website] for some reason)the charges were quite high. Drinks and food where quite expensive compared with the Pattaya. The resort staff where helpful although anything they arranged such as mini bus etc was very expensive, sometime 2x to 3x the amount in Pattaya. As the hotel filled up it was difficult to get a seat for breakfast in the morning however the food was great. The beach at the resort was not nice and we did not go in at all. In saying that there was not a lot of need as the pool facilities were fantastic. I would recommend this resort for a family trip.

There is not much to shout about the Sofitel service standards once you are pampered by the staff in Sofitel Silom Bangkok. The pool access rooms are nice good sea view, great for kids, but we do not like the bathrooms with sliding windows that cannot be shut out completely.Buffet meals variety and quantity cannot with the Bangkok siblings. The road leading to the hotel is under heavy construction now. Luckily we drove a 4WD. I rate it 4 star.
