"Very nice neighbourhood in the middle of garden. Nice view to old city of Siena. Short bus trip to the center and they sell bus tickets in the receoption. A very kind reception service and all the excursions we wantde was arranged perfectly." - Yrjo Mattila


"Disappointing hotel in a beautiful town. I went with my husband for a short romantic break and we booked a double room. Our room was located in an extension of the hotel and we had a lovely view of a brick wall!. We asked for a double room but had 2 single beds shoved together that moved all over the place on a tiled floor. The walk to town takes about 30 minutes whic is fine but i would not recommend for seniors and disabeled. Gardens beautiful but during our visit (april) the pool looked sad: empty and fully of debris. Staff were reasonably helpful. " - Anonymous

"We stayed for 1 cold night in October. as temperatures droped outside the hotel was not prepared to turn the heating on. So unfortunately a rather cool experiance. Apart from this I would recommend the hotel to everyone who looks for the best value for money 4 Star hotel in Siena. " - Anonymous

From Siena: from railway station catch Local bus line n. 9 (to via Tozzi) or n. 10 (to San Miniatto) and get off at “Palazzo Diavoli” stop
By Car
From North: from Highway A1 take exit “Firenze Certosa”. Once passed the tollbooth, take direction to the freeway “Siena-Firenze” up to exit “Siena Nord”. Follow direction to downtown and turn right at the 2nd traffic light.
From South: from Highway A1 take the exit “Val di Chiana – Bettolle”. Follow the direction to Siena up to the exit “Siena Tangenziale” and the next exit “Siena Nord”. Follow the direction to downtown and turn right at the 2nd traffic light.
Car parking: A FREE parking area, a wide open-air swimming pool surrounded by a lawn and a tennis court are available. In addition to these services there are a store-room for bicycles and a small maintenance and washing garage.
