Our ONE-BEDROOM units sleep either 3 or 4 people. All have a queen in the bedroom and a single bed in the lounge area. Those that sleep up to 4 either have another single in the bedroom or lounge area. There is a toilet plus shower in bathroom (please contact us if you require the wheelchair access unit here). The dining area and kitchen facilities include hotplates (let us know if you need an oven), a fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster and a jug.

These spacious TWO-BEDROOM units have a queen in the master bedroom, 2 singles in the second bedroom as well as a single bed and a sofa bed in the living area. The spacious multifunctional living/dining and kitchen area comfortably accommodates the family or small group with full cooking facilities that include oven with stovetop hotplates, a microwave, fridge/freezer, an electric frying pan, toaster and tea and coffee-making facilities. The bathroom has a shower and toilet.

Our goal is to provide you, our guests, with a relaxed, warm and comfortable home away from home, with friendly and personalised service from the time you book to the time you leave. We have 16 self-contained, serviced, non-smoking units ranging in size from small studios to two-bedroom units (including 2 wheelchair access units). We cater for families, individuals, couples, corporate and hospital guests, as well as large-group bookings. We are 1 km from edge of the main shopping district , 1/2 km from university & hospitals, 400m from Botanical Gardens.
Each unit has cooking facilities, these varying according to the size of the unit. There are electric blankets on each bed, a hairdryer in each unit, TV with 5 sky channels, complimentary milk on arrival, a newspaper delivered to your doorstep each morning, refreshments that are replenished daily and an iron and an ironing board. For the busy traveller or for those wanting a wee treat, a continental breakfast can be delivered to your unit.With the press of a button, wireless internet access is available in your unit at very reasonable rates.
We are also pet-friendly.

| Getting there: |
We are located at the north end of George St between the Howe St and Duke St intersections, opposite George St Normal School.
Coming from the north, as you come down hill into the City, turn left off State Highway 1 (SH1) at the sign for George St and turn left again to go back under SH1 and we are the first motel on the left.
Coming from the south stay on SH1 (one way system flowing north through the city) until you reach Duke St at the north end of town. Turn left into Duke St then turn left into George St. Our motel will be on your left hand side. |

| Car parking: |
If your have brought your car with you on your journey, it can be parked safely off the street. Alternatively, for those without transport, we are situated on the main bus route into the city centre, with a bus stop right outside the gate. |
