Getting there:24 hour transport to Gatwick Airport, collection from Gatwick Airport between 9 am-9 pm at extra £5 per room each way payable directly to the hotel. Outside these hours you can get an airport taxi for £7.50. SOUTH TERMINAL PICKUP POINT On the ground level follow the exit out of the terminal building until you reach the pavement. Turn left and walk down until you see the sign saying HOTELS COURTESY COACHES. Beside the sign is a phone box and above it, a list of Guest Houses and look for BELMONT HOUSE and dial the code stated - 89000. It will take about ten minutes to be picked up. NORTH TERMINAL PICK UP POINT To find the freephone, follow the exit out of the terminal building on the ground floor. Cross over the first road and turn left. Walk until you see the sign shown on the left. Beside the sign is a phone box and above it, a list of Guest Houses and Hotels. Look for BELMONT HOUSE and dial the code stated - 89000. It will take about ten minutes to be picked up.

Car parking:Airport car parking while on holiday can be arranged at £4.75 day, to park overnight on the forecourt during your stay has no charge.
Child Policy:All children are classed as adults for the purpose of booking a particular room type, a cot for a baby can be supplied at and extra cost of £5.
The owners at this hotel would bend over backwards for you. The service was great. Rooms are not large but for a night before or after you fly they are adequate. All facillities were very good.

At first i was given a room with building material in it, floorboards and underlay, with the bed pushed in a corner and i was unable to reach the bathroom. So i had to go out to reception and ask to be moved into another room in which i could actually use the bathroom, and was moved to another room. this second room was fine.

This Hotel is close to Gatewick airport and has a free service to Gatwick Airport. The rooms were a little small but they are OK for an overnight sleep. Car park at the front also. The Hotel has a bar and serve dinner at resonable prices as the are no other places to eat nearby. We would stay here again.

The location was quite good cause it's what it says, near from the airport but also a quite place. But the rooms, at least the double room we chose, was quite small

My 18 yr. old daughter and I stayed at the Gatwick Belmont Hotel for 1 night on our return to Canada. It is just 5 min. from the airport and very homey and comfortable. The staff were great and were very welcoming, even though we checked in late. They shuttled us to the airport in the morning and it was fast and effecient. The buffet breakfast was great.
The room was smallish, the en suite facilities somewhat cramped but everything was scrupulously clean and the bed comfortable. Situated close to Gatwick Airport, this hotel is convenient and very serviceable for an overnight stay prior to or after a flight. It is also situated within easy walking distance of the centre of Horley where there are ample restaurants if you do not wish to "eat in". A regular train service leaves from Horley Station to the centre of London.
For travellers looking for short term accommodation near Gatwick Airport this gives very good accommodation and not with standing the fact that the hotel/Guest House is very close to the airport, the planes taking off or land do not create any noise polutions.
