Getting there:If coming by car our property is located at the corner of Surfers Paradise Blvd & Markwell Avenue, Surfers Paradise (6 blocks south of Cavill Avenue). The train stops at Nerang and the trainlink bus comes into Surfers Paradise transit centre in Beach Road and we are located 4 blocks south of Beach Road. Taxi drivers know the Genesis well
Check-in Procedure:If arriving after hours press the Late Arrivals/After Hours button on the front of the building. NO CHECKIN AFTER 7.30 P.M. ON SAME DAY BOOKINGS UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS MADE. ALL BOOKINGS MADE FOR A WEEK END PAX ARE REQUIRED TO PAY $100.00 EACH BOND SECURITY. THIS CAN BE BY CASH OR CREDIT CARD. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED ON DEPARTURE IF THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO UNIT OR COMMON PROPERTY. PAYMENTS MADE BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE REFUNDED BY TRUST ACCOUNT CHEQUE.
Car parking:Secure underground parking is available at no charge. One car park per unit.
Child Policy:Cots are available at $6.60 per night
We did not really spend much time in the actual apartment as our conference was very time consuming, but in terms of cleanliness and comfort (of beds etc), all was quite suitable. Perhaps one suggestion would be for some actual dishcloths for the kitchen, and a week's worth of dishwashing powder to save people the time when they are only staying for the week. Otherwise we were very satisfied with the apartment.
Reverse cycle air conditioning or additional heaters would be beneficial in winter.
