"We booked the George Hotel as a last minute booking so we didnt get a choice in the type of room. If you have the chance to book in advance them book one of the contemporary rooms rather than classic....well worth the extra money. Although the hotel has undergone major refurbishment, the classic rooms are old and tired and very drab. Worth the money we paid for a last minute booking. Once the full hotel has been refurbished, it will be amazing. Make sure you visit the Tempus bar....a little more expensive but worth the price for the decor and surroundings...lovely!" - Anonymous
