A 4-night stay. This place is a value play. Everything was terrific, esp staff eagerness to assist. No elevators, so they ensure staff are on-hand (in my case, greeted at curb-side) to take from and haul all bags at the moment of arrival. Room cleanliness is perfect in every area - rivals that of the major hotels. Location is outstanding...a couple of blocks from Victoria Station and Buckingham Palace Road. Only downside is the size of the bathroom - microscopic, even for an elf. But, again, a very "stayable" hotel.
Ihana katu valkeine vanhoine taloineen, aivan lähellä Victoria Station'ia. Lyhyt matka jalkautua aamulla liikkeelle kohti keskustaa.
Small but well located hotel within easy walking distance to most attractions ie:Buckingham Palace,Westminster Abbey etc. Small bathrooms but clean. Four of our friends had a quad room but it was way too small for 4 adults, they had no room to put the luggage and this would only suit a family of two adults and two children easily. Our twin room was quite adequite and the breakfast was good.Continental consisted of cereal, juice, toast with a boiled or fried egg and tea and coffee. Full breakfast was baked beans, sausage, egg, tomato, bacon, mushroom and toast. Would definately stay again.
Located approx. 10 minutes walk from Victoria Underground Station. Bedroom and bathrooon clean and in good order. Staff polite and helpful. Decent breakfast.
If budget accommodation is what you're after in a quiet, yet centrally located part of London, this is a good bet. My only gripe was no soap or shower gel in the room, which was probably a lot to expect for the price. Didn't get to sample the breakfast as had to leave early.
A goodand clean hotel..Near Tate gallery and within walking distance to Victoria station. But onlydownside is the hotel does not have a lift. Not convient for those with huge luggages
Very quaint. Quiet at night. Hotel staff was very helpful and we enjoyed a beautifully laid out continental breakfast in the morning.
The room was small but adequate, though traffic noise meant earplugs were necessary, I had requested a lower floor but had 3 flights to climb(no lift) and stair lighting not good! Staff were freindly and they do a nice afternoon tea, excellent location.
Very acceptable choice of accomodation.
Very very very small bathroom.
I was assigned a double room although I booked a single which was very, very good. Big and comfortable. There was even a balcony leading to an open space. Hotel management could take advantage and form a nice garden there as an advise. One of the bed was noisy as there were big walking noises from the room above. Continental breakfast can be improved with some cheese and ham. I think that customers booking a number of nights or more (3 for example) should be allowed an English breakfast. Overall was a very pleasant stay. Panayiotis
Decent value for central London.
My room was fine - but at the top of 90 stairs, and no lift. Staff were helpful, room comfortable, breakfast room got a bit crowded and claustrophobic on a busy morning
For its price this is one of the better hotels. The room was of a good size and so was the bathroom. The breakfast is continental but you can pay to upgrade it. I would be willing to return there
