"Negative things were: the gym was nothing and the beds were extreme warm. We were there when it was very cold but there was no heating so freezing in the whole hotel. It is not on the beach (just across the road). Service was fine and it was very clean and everyone was very helpful. But I will not go back there. " - sabine broeren
"Just got back from a four days on Hainan Island and spent 2 nights at the Gloria. As a rule I never believe the star ratings on web-sites but this hotel came about as close as I have seen. The service was friendly and attentive and the room was great. The food was quite good and reasonable too. It's a bit of a hike from the airport but there is a nice little stretch of beach with things to do and foor to eat. If I go to Haikou again this is where I will stay for sure!" - Douglas Gillespie
