First time at the Glow and very impressed. Staff very good. Room modern and great size. Clean and well maintained. The room had a very large picture frame as part of the dressing table, not really sure about it but to some it could be "hip, cool,neat", must be my age! Location brilliant for us. Will stay again at the Glow.

Venue is conveniently located near to BTS station (approx 5min). Nice swimming pool, though have to cross to the opposite building. Breakfast selection is good.
The air condition wasn't working efficiently. The switchboard where you place the hotel key to activate the electric appliances in your room is faulty and we had "black out" several times. Also, they had a policy to charge 1000baht for late check out.
Our room had a leaking air conditioner which left a water spot about 3 ft by 3 ft wide in which we had to cross every time we used the bathroom. The breakfast we skipped after the first day. It was only 9:00 when they gave out of two main dishes and refused to replace them. Even the egg station ran out of omelet ingredients and when I asked the preparer to replace them she said "finished" and did nothing to replace them. Very average 3 star with not a single thing to make it more than a 3 star. Can not recommend this hotel since there are other better ones in Bangkok for the same price.
Easy access to BTS and in walking distance to many shops. Good price, good food and friendly staff. Will definately stay again.
The hotel is tucked away in a quiet area, very close to the nightlife and night markets of Silom Rd and Patpong. Within 5 minutes' walk of Chong Nonsi BTS/Skytrain station - very useful. Pleasant reception area. Rooms and some corridors a little faded, but the rooms are of a good size. Breakfast usually included in rate. The buffet style breakfast is an unexciting mix of Asian & Western food. Very good value.

Close to Chong Nonsi BTS station giving you access by skytrain to everywhere. Good value
spacious room and clean. internet facilities in room and lobby. food stalls, shopping places, mini markets are just a block away. chong nonsi bts sky train is only 5 minutes walking distance and 15 mins walking to silom road where stalls selling reasonable price goods are all along the street. Hotel crew are kind and helpful. I had 4 nights pleasant stay here, and along with fair room rates, absolutely recommended
We received a free upgrade to a suite when we checked in. Very clean, large, comfortable room. Two minute walk to Skytrain station.
