"My partner and I stayed in the executive spa suite. i was disappointed with the views, as we were located on the 4th floor ( i thought it might be higher seeing it was meant to be a nice room) thus views were blocked by trees and opposite building. In-room facilities were also limited, only coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. A microwave and some plates and cutlery would be nice. However, in saying that the room was extremely spacious, and the size of the spa was great, big enough to fit 2 people. I loved the abundance of mirrors in the room too :)
Customer service was excellent by check in and check out staffs, especially Yolanda who proactively provided us with beach towels to use on our last day before we return to collect our baggages later that afternoon." - Anonymous

"Our stay was most enjoyable. Everything was spot on in the way of service and cleanliness. The price was excellent because we booked through [website], when they had a 50% off offer. Not sure we could have afforded it for two nights otherwise.

The GCI is situated at 7 Staghorn Avenue only a couple of hundred metres North of Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise. The Gold Coast Airport is located 30km (approx 25 minutes drive) South of the GCI and the Brisbane International & Domestic Airport is 90km (approx 1hour drive) to the North.

Should your reserved room become available prior to 2:00 pm, we would be delighted to allow you early access to your room. Whilst every attempt is made to offer an early check in, this cannot be guaranteed.
On check-in, photo identification and a method of payment will be required to cover any incidental charges. This may be in the form of a cash bond or a credit card pre-authorisation.
