I rate this hotel A class the staff were very friendly and we had the privacy we needed the room was just magical and clean. Me and my partner will be back again we had such a good and relaxing time. Just want to say thankyou to the owners and there facilities.Next time in ballarat we are staying at our favourite gold sovereign

Good value for a family. just frustrating that there was a toaster, fridge etc provided but no plates, knives, bowls. One teaspoon for a family room accommodating up to 6????.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. We were able to check in as late as 10pm (even on Christmas Day!), the staff member we dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. Although the hotel was not super close to the centre of Ballarat, this didn't bother us as we just wanted somewhere to stay before continuing on the next morning, and this also made it exceptionally quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

Bed was very uncomfortable, and heater very noisy, in Room 10. For this reason would not stay again.

Convenient location off the Highway. Good parking, Pool. We had a spa room which was lovely. Good value overnite stay.

A nice simple hotel, roomy. Didn't get to try out the spa, but a nice option to take up.

clean cheap stop over spot on way to melbourne, 2 adults adn 2 kids for $100, you cant beat that, will use this hotel again

We arrived late in the evening at this motel and the duty staff were very helpful and even though it was past dining room hours they kindly arranged for us to have drinks and dinner, which was much appreciated.

It was nice to come to after a day out,only the second night the hot water failed one got a shower no spa and there was no replaceing of soap, tea bags,etc. Aparently we were there when ants were bad but they were not swept up.The bed was not even made two out of the three nights

Although a dated motel, we found the facilities to be better than average. The bathroom was particularly workable. The wardrobe was great and the beds comfortable. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you.
