Very nice hotel, will come again for sure.
another stay on this hotel, another good services provided. one of my fave hotel in macau.
This is a good hotel, clean and close to the sands casino (across the road only). will stay again in this hotel for sure.
If u think of walkin to sand casino which is just 10 mins away . Is quite dangerous as i have experienced it. u will need to across the road and walkin an underpass and along the way u can find a few men or women asking you if u need a loan for your gambling . Beside the bed was as hard as a table top . They do not have any other softer bed . The only thing the reception did was to add in a comforter on top of the mattress.I will not be staying in this hotel again if i visit Macau again.
Overall this hotel is good, except the location from the central area.
Clean hotel and everything's ok, except that the bed is too hard.
Ruth Mcvian my request and I received a good way
The buffet breakfast variaties are too little. It's the same kind of food everyday. Location is very good, about 10mins walk to the Macau Ferry Terminal and 5mins walk to Sands Casino.
For a Casino Hotel offered no Currency Exchange on Travellers Cheques! Communication very hard. No Hair Dryer in room. Rooms were lovely, and older style hotel. At the price, would stay here again.
Nice and clean room!!The only bad thing about the room would be the hard mattress. haha!!
Buffet breakfast is too simple
The hotel rooms and facilities are pretty standard compared to other hotels in Macau, so its reasonably spaced. The location wasnt too suitable for myself, as i couldnt find good places to eat, all i could see when i walked around the hotel was other hotels and casinos, so if you are looking for a place with many casinos this is the hotel for you. It had free internet in the rooms, which is a bonus for those who bring their own laptops.
close to the ferry if going to HK. Bed was HARD AS ROCK. had to put the quilt on top to make it easy to sleep else felt like sleeping on a rock surface. should make NON CMOKING in he lobby as was very painful. room was non smoning which was good. well at that price you pay waht you get.
Near to the ferry terminal and fisherman's Wharf is just opposite. Shuttle service from ferry terminal to hotel interval time is too long.Waited very long and ended walking to hotel with our heavy luggage. The hotel should provide more shuttle service during the peak hours.
The beds are rock hard. Not suitable for 99% of western visitors. We both woke up with very sore backs each day. Hotel very close to Macau ferry easy to get most places from the front door.
This hotel is very nice and its very near to the macau ferry terminal. It has all the facilities stated and the hotel room is also very clean. This hotel has got casino as well but it not that big. The breakfast variety is very little, will be better if they improve on that. Will stay in this hotel again if i go back to macau.
friendly staffs, convenient location.I would like to choose again and tell my friend about it.
The location and pricing is attractive.
hotel was located in the area that we were looking for, close to the ferry, rooms were comfortable but thebeds were hard.i understand that most hotels in macau have hard beds.service was good, breakfast more than adequate, all in all a good place to stay for a reasonable price.
like all hotels in macau the beds were very very hard. Our group of bridge players had had over 20 beds at three different hotels and all complained of hard beds.
