Hotel description:

Golden Gate Lodge has a Qualmark three star plus rating. Any time soon though we'll gain four star rating. All 47 units have their own deck or courtyard equipped with modern outdoor furniture. What better way to take advantage of Central Otago's wonderful climate and views of the surrounding high country and mountain ranges!

Rest assured, all units are non smoking and extensively appointed. There's coffee and tea making facilities, mini-bar and television with SKY reception.

We offer a mix of twin, double and triple studio units as well as two luxury suites, two interconnecting units ideal for families or groups, and three units for disabled guests.

There are some units with spa baths perfect for after-golf and apres-ski relaxation.

Room service for meals is available from 6.00 am until 10.00pm. Our reception desk is open 24 hours. We provide a fully equipped guest laundry and Cromwell's largest wholesale liquor outlet is on the Golden Gate Lodge grounds.

Golden Gate Lodge Cromwell is situated off State Highway 8B just along from the Cromwell bridge.

Check-in Procedure:

Checkin time is 2.00pm, please advise if you require an early check in and the hotel will endeavour to meet your request.

Car parking:

Plenty of off street parking. Enough room for the car and boat.

A person under the age of 12 is classed as a child, should you have a child travelling with you please specify. All children have a discounted meal price in either the Gentle Annie's restaurant or Pisa Cafe.
