This characterful, small hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the famous Croisette in Cannes. Housed in a converted mansion dating from the 19th Century, the Hotel de Paris is set in a lush garden full of tropical palms and Mediterranean cypresses. The interior is elegantly decorated in a chic Medieval style yet the ambiance is friendly and welcoming. The large swimming pool can be found in the midst of the verdant palm trees and is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace which makes it the perfect spot for relaxation. In fine weather the buffet breakfast is served indoors in the dining room. Although there is no restaurant at the hotel, guests can enjoy a pre-dinner aperitif or a late night drink in the cosy piano bar. The fifty rooms and suites each have their own individual character and some suites have small terraces overlooking the swimming pool where guests can take their breakfast. The bedrooms are decorated in a Louis XVI style with suites more luxurious. The Hotel de Paris is a pearl well located in the sophisticated resort of Cannes and is suitable for anyone expecting a nice hotel where you get good value for money.

Getting there:Motroway A8 exit to cannes Mougins. Join boulevard Carnot and drive till the end. Down to it turn left direction to Antibes, the hotel de Paris is located on first crossroad on the left side.

A Good breakfast and good service
This is a very nice hotel and good value. It is close to the shops and restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful.
A truly outstanding three-star hotel whose location proved to be less of a disadvantage than might have been expected from its position alongside the raised autoroute. My room was spacious, spotless and quiet. the welcome efficient and cordial, breakfast a most pleasant experience, and the pool, close to the road but guarded by cypress trees giving s feeling of seclusion, a most welcome amenity. The walk to the beach is a genuine 10 minutes and the train station barely three minutes away. Thus the hotel is well placed for touring the coast.
This was by far the nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip. It was very quaint and just beautiful. It felt like we were staying in a palace.
The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. The pool at the hotel was excellent and the grounds were very pretty. The rooms were of a good 3 star quality with the usual fittings
This is a lovely hotel, done in period style which gives it real character. The swimming pool and sun terrace are great and the staff are very friendly. Ask for a room with a balcony or you may not get one. Also use of the jacuzzi/ hammam costs extra.
Very good hotel, with friendly and helpful staff.
The only downside of the hotel was the noise from the road when you were by the pool. Everything else was first class!
