We requested room on the canal we got every thing we expected and more staff were very helpful, our room was great and good value, and you could not fault breakfast my husband loved everything, we will recommend this hotel to friends. This hotel is a 9 out of 10
double room for single occupancy
room for 2 persons with 1 large bed
room with 2 single beds
Very efficient and friendly staff. Took only minutes to check me in and out. Room very clean and well presented.Lovely big comfortable bed. A little on the edge of town but this also allowed me to look at a neighbourhood which is lovely that many don't see. had a great stay and would recommend this hotel highly!
Great location - lovely hotel and friendly staff - enjoyed the food also the relaxed atmosphere in the dining room. Well done and a big THANK YOU
We had a lovely time in Brugge celebrating my father's 80th birthday and stayng at the Golden Tulip medici hotel added to the enjoyment of our time( 12 members of the family including a 2year old!).The hotel is in prime position of the town centre and had all to offer that we had expected to make it a good weekend-friendly staff, hearty breakfast, clean, quiet, nice bar lounge to retire into in the evening, etc etc. We will certainly return to this hotel.
A nice hotel, adorned with a Japanese garden. There is no kettle in the room and some staff were not courteous when we asked for some hot water.
Hotel was very comfortable, reception was friendly and helpful, parking was convenient and price was fair.
The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good ,easily walk into the town square and markets.Having the secure garage was a bonus. We will return again next year and take friends with us.
Very pleasant hotel. Location marked average only for people who are not keen on too much of a walk in to the centre. I and my friends had no problem. All staff extremely helpful . I would choose this hotel again.
Very serene and nice location besides a canal with swans and ducks. Has a garage in the back, which is a must in any city in Belgium, if you are driving.
We were very impressed with our accomodation at the G.T.Medici, especially since we had just arrived in from Paris, paying 220euros/night for a tiny but comfortable room. We were upgraded to a suite (I think they wanted to make up for Paris) which was incredibly spacious with a seperate jacuzzi bathtub that actually worked! The toilet and a second sink was in a room of its own within the suite. The exercise room was free but the sauna (Turkish steam) was 15 euros/ use and the internet also cost $ (5 euros/ 1/2 hr.) - in some hotels this was free. The breakfast that was included was one of the best we had. Well done!
good parking close to hotel. stunning bathroom and beautiful view from balcony overlooking japanese garden. however balcony did need some attention with regards paintwork etc.
A great deal through hotelclub.net! The hotel was great for our needs, we even considered extending our stay another night we were so impressed.
Very nice hotel with a fantastic japanese garden and a very nice japanese restaurant on site.
Spacious room with all facilities needed, and excellent service
The Hotel is situated in a beautiful area of Brugge, with views over the canal. Brugge has a calm and relaxed atmosphere and is a wonderful place for a restorative weekend where continental culture can be enjoyed to the full.
That's a very nice hotel. Near the center of the city (like 5 minutes walking) and very quiet to sleep. I recommend this hotel.
pleasant hotel with good facilities.
Very good hotel, nice quiet location
A short walk into town Excellent breakfast (not Japanese as advertised) and a good meal at night from the bar if you just want to eat in -working on a limited menu of easy to prepare meals but you have to ask for a menu to find out about it. Room was excellent.
