Staff were very helpful, friendly and very efficient. The cold breakfast was lovely. Location is ideal. You can walk to just about anywhere. I'll definitely be staying there again on my next trip to Paris.

Excellent hotel: very well located, quiet, nicely decorated rooms (although not very big in size)and polite welcome. I would strongly recommand this hotel.
Wooden shutters in room 110 - where I stayed - can be opened from the corridor. This makes guests feel unconfortable since the window from the outside looks into the toilet and it is about 1 meter wide and 1,5 meters high. The wooden shutters should be blocked or the window in the toilet should be made opaque (or any any case not "see-thru" as it currently is.
Modern well appoinrted room although a little squeezed for space.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They not only helped us with advice and direction while we were staying there but also , prior to our arrival, made restaurant reservations for us at two restaurants and provided directions as well. Breakfast was very good and served until 11AM! which was a great plus for our sleeping in after late nights.
Excellent location, right in the Opera area, with loads of restaurants nearby. Hotel room was tastefully decorated, modern and a good size. Service was spot on. Definately a hotel we would come back.
Very enjoyable stay in a hotel with modern interior design - central location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Deluxe rooms are a good size. No tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom.
