Good hotel, but location is a bit out of the way. For the price I paid, it is really money-for-value. I well stay there again next time I am Bangkok
Hotel is in a good area, however very hard to access if not by taxi, due to the highway nearby. Facilities are good, and the shuttle they provide to the shopping centers and markets are a big plus.

Our stay at the Radisson was excellent. The rooms were very claan. The staff were very professional and friendly. there is a shuttle that will take you to shopping centres and a night market. You can also use the shuttle to get to trains etc.
Gorgeous hotel, very big rooms & bathrooms. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Even though this hotel is not in the centre of Bangkok, the hotel provides a shuttle service but a taxi is only 150 Baht each way anyway so very cheap & it only takes 10 minutes. Would definately stay at this hotel again & wish we had longer there!
The hotel was a good bargain. For some reason the night staff was more freindly then the day staff. The night manager showed sincere concern when I became ill and was very helpful and offered any assistance I might need. A little too far from the city center. I would still consider going back.
This facility was excellent - clean, tidy and the staff extremely helpful. It did require taxis to get to shopping in Bangkok but that is a minor complaint.
Comfortable hotel, very friendly and helpful service, good buffet breakfast. Shame about the location, not handy for anything. They do run shuttles, but there are not enough runs in the day to be sure you can plan your day as you might want.

Have stayed here twice now and would stay many more times. What can you say about the Thai people... nothing is to much trouble for them. They are very helpful and happy people and this reflects at this hotel. Everything was FANTASTIC... Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, including families. We had a lovely large family room... Great service through whole hotel... Well worth the experience...
Nice hotel but hopeless location
Staff were incredible. The hotel was great, as was the resturant.
Not very convenient for public transport but they did provide a shuttle bus. We'll definitely stay here again.
A very nice hotel in the wrong part of Bangkok if you like the nightlife. Rather expensive.

A five star experience can quickly turn into a one star experience with one small bad experience. Please accept this comment as being constructive yet of vital importance. The razor provided in the room is of dreadful quality and actually is painfully dull! I spoke to the front desk manager and said to him "Please put that comment in your report because it was, for me disappointing and irritating. I could not use it and ended up using my wife's throw away raisor with better results. I plan to revist in the future and will look forward to a change. Thank you
