Breakfast was poor but the location and and service were very good.
Great hotel with so much charm - you can use the old style lift to get up which was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful - just lovely. The only thing that let it down was breakfast - I'm really fussy. Walking distance to everything a street back from the river - great restaurant and cafes close by and not far from the staton - what more could you want. Would highly recommend.
We found this to be an extremely tidy and friendly hotel, in a great location. Not far from the sites, and right next to all the fashion shopping areas. The Duomo was about a 10-15 min walk (with two youngsters in two), and about 10 to the railway station via an underpass. We had a quad room, which was very spacious and extremely tidy. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast was good, in a very nice breakfast room. It was also very quiet the side we were on. Very good value for money.
The accommodation was very nice. Furnishings and coffee were particularly good and staff were friendly.
Good location for all of the attractions, friendly staff and a decent breakfast buffet. Don't plan on a great view from any of the rooms it is situated on the second floor of the building with mostly internal rooms no view. If you don't care about the view issue it is a good place to stay.
A ten to fifteen minute walk to the train station and most of the main attractions, but still nice and quiet with a helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Florence, or as a base for visiting other parts of Tuscany.
Room was tiny--two people could barely move, and the TV worked only occasionally. Otherwise, the Hotel Goldoni was fine, especially the helpfullness of the front desk, lead by Daniele.
Staff was very curticious, helpful, spoke English and guided us what to see and where to go. I would go to the same place if I go back to Florence. Pravina sheth

Excellent customer service. They went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable and were extremely helpful. Beautiful, clean rooms, and facilities. Would stay there again.
The staff were so helpful to us. Not speaking more than a few words of Italian, we were really grateful to them for providing an Internet search for our next train journey. Nothing was too much trouble. Location was really close to all the sites.
