"Great hotel with so much charm - you can use the old style lift to get up which was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful - just lovely. The only thing that let it down was breakfast - I'm really fussy. "We found this to be an extremely tidy and friendly hotel, in a great location. Not far from the sites, and right next to all the fashion shopping areas. The Duomo was about a 10-15 min walk (with two youngsters in two), and about 10 to the railway station via an underpass. We had a quad room, which was very spacious and extremely tidy. Don't plan on a great view from any of the rooms it is situated on the second floor of the building with mostly internal rooms no view.
