Our stay was a very pleasant one with the outlook over the lake very relaxing. The only thing we didn't like was the noisy fan in the bathroom. Will definetly be back .
The hotel facilities were very restful after a stressful day. Very quiet even with so many other guests in the facility. The views are amazing especially from the dining room. I found the check-in quick and efficient adn the dining room staff outstanding.

Very good location and good price for couple of nights stay with family. Doesnt feel like staying somewhere else in this town as it is in the centre from the town to the activity place (Sky Diving, Ski, etc...).the family room do not have a good view as it is facing the tennis court and not the front side where mountains are covered with snow.
I was not impressed with the price and the room but I suppose its Queenstown. There was still hair on the bath even though it looked as though it had been cleaned. The view made up for it though.
Loved the place and the view. The only think that was a nuisance was the shower curtain that gets sucked in when the shower is on and it clings to you while you are showering, not a pleasant experience. Perhaps next time you guys do alterations you could consider replacing shower curtains with glass screens? Regards,
Restaurant meal was superb and reasonably priced. Hotel is clean though a little out of town. Fine for travelling with a vehicle.
Hotel was in general very good. The only issue I would have would be with breakfast. In my opinion the cooked breakfast was very poor & badly displayed.
The view from our room was outstanding! The hotel is very well presented and the vouchers for the regular shuttle bus into Queenstown centre were very welcome. We also really enjoyed the lakeside waliking trail. In all an excellent palce to stay while in Queenstown.
A free bus service at reception to town, plus awesome views from our room!
A quiet and quality hotel. Had a room with a fantastic view of the lake - excellent! Staff were friendly and helpful. The free bus shuttle to the centre of Queenstown helps with it's location.
Wonderful views from the rooms friendly staff, a little way from the cbd
Views and restaurant excellent.
