"This hotel is in the middle of Xiamen which is a totally redeveloped area and very young and bright, but older establishments like this one and eating shops just down the lane remain (goose and noodles - excellent food and value) , The rooms are exremely basic and very tired and the bed was as hard as a rock and the room was noisy (white noise). But at the price in the middle of a vibrant area with walking distance of Xiamen station, Long Shan (superb) and CKS memorial hall I'd definately stay there again)., Follow the hotel map - but as you cross over the small lanes and feel unsure of where you are turn around and you'll see the lane numbers.
