Good Hotel San Francisco

We enjoyed the brightness and cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. The beds were very hard and it would have a higher score on the room comfort if they were a tad softer. It was really nice to see automatic dispensers full of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Would have also been a bigger plus if the rooms came with a small refrigerator. Overall we were very happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

If you are traveling on a budget and are looking for a nice, clean place - it doesn't get better than Good Hotel. Environmentally conscious amenities, clean space, nice staff, centrally located. Rooms are a bit small, but I prefer small and clean over big and dirty!!!

Stayed for 2 nights at the Good hotel, its in a great location, walking distance to the bart train and the trams ( called the cable car), the rooms are very clean, stylish ,comfortable and colourful. The bed was comfortable although the room was cold, my only bad comment about the hotel. They have free wireless internet which was great and very handy. Overall a great hotel, great value and very clean and perfect for a short city visit. The best 2 star hotel i have stayed in. Overall : the name says it all A GOOD hotel.

During my stay, staff was friendly. My room was clean and cleaned regularly. It was a fantastic deal compared to other hotels in the area. Cheap but not sketchy. The bathroom is cramped but not unusable. I'll stay there again my next visit to SF.

i don't expect this hotel's real room is same as the picture it show, but really, that's a really good hotel, good location and good price~ its my 3rd time visiting sfo and my 2nd time stay in a hotel in sfo, i can tell this is one of my fav, i'm sure i'll book this again in future!

The hotel felt a bit like a college dorm, but it was clean and served its purpose.

A very nice hotel at convenient location. Good service, friendly staffs. This is my third time staying. I'll absolutely stay this hotel at my next visiting.

By "bad" under location, I mean "slightly better than I expected". In fact, being so near the BART was unexpectedly nice.

I reached this hotel at 11:00 AM but the room was ready and I could enter and have a shot nap. Bath and Toilet and room itself were clean enough and still new. Clean ladies were so kind and helpful. Environment around this hotel is not so good but not so dangerous. There is no shuttle bus between Union Square and this hotel any more. I could use Internet at Best Western Hotel in fromt of Britton Hotel. The price was so reasonable and good cost performance for people who spend most of time outside.

The closet door was barely hanging on the closet opening, which made it difficult to slide from side to side. Cleaning service did not necessarily refresh all items daily. There was a good deal of street noise day and night and the neighborhood left something to be desired. While I was not afraid to walk around during the day, from the hotel to Moscone Center and back, I would not dream of walking around during the night. The good things included the wonderful shuttle service to and from Union Square, the friendliness of all but one of the people at the desk, comfortable beds, and good tv reception.

Far better hotel than I expected from what I learnt off the internet. Very friendly management, excellent at giving advice of what to do in san francisco. Excellent free shuttle service to and from Union Square, even on Sat evening. One problem is that Hotel World did not communicate with the Britton Hotel about my booking. Please review your proceedures. It was lucky the hotel was not busy or I would have been very annoyed if I had arrived there and found the hotel was booked out.
