Good Nite Inn Chula Vista South Bay

The staff was very nice, but when we made the reservation the hotel site said this had free wifi and this is no longer the case.

It was very comfortable to stay in the hotel...but I wish there was free wi-fi...

Overall it was good. However, the room doesn't have a microwave and a fridge.

Clean & quiet but mattress was horrible. Staff very professional & appreciated that due to the lack of quality customer service now-a-days so KUDOS to the staff there at Good Nite Inn at Chula Vista

It was a great location everything we wanted to do was close by i would say the room was clean and just a basic room one thing is that the pillows were horrible but besides that good experiance will stay there again for sure!

I have been coming to this hotel for the past three years, twice a year, mostly for business. The staff is great here! They're very friendly and help me with directions and anything else I need. I haven't had to rent a car yet since the trolley is 1 and 1/2 blocks away.The rooms are very clean and fit my budget.

I will definitely return to this hotel on my next visit to South Bay. Great customer service and great value.

We stayed there one night only. Check in and out were quick, the staff was friendly, the room was clean and everything worked. If you're looking for luxury you better pick another more expensive hotel. The bed sagged in the middle and newer, softer towels would be nice.

We got a good price from Orbitz...hotel rate was 15% higher. Very basic hotel, no frills.

Was told initially that there was no record of our reservation; desk person blamed [...]. Luckily, I've learned always to bring printout of confirmation. Then was told that there was only 1 room with 2 beds available instead of two. Took the rooms and was surprised to get what I had originally booked. Wish I hadn't been put in stressful situation in the beginning. After that things ran smoothly.

We took it for the price. As a family of 7 (5 children) we needed 2 rooms so price was important. With the highway it's a short drive to the airport (less then 15 minutes) and about 20 minutes to sea world. Location is fine - not noisy and not far from shopping centers in chula vista. Pool was very much enjoyed by kids. Relatively clean although rooms a little stuffy (with a smell that bothered my wife). Aggravating that you can't open windows (there is AC). Aggravating that you have to pay for wireless connection. All in all fine.

Its really good for the price for the hotel. Its by the freeway easy access to all our travels.

A very straightforward hotel room. The lack of bells and whistles might turn off some guests, but there simply is no beating the price. If you need to head to Downtown, San Diego in less than hour, walk behind the hotel and hop on the trolley. It's that easy. It's a very clean area which has the advantage of being nestled away from the rest of busy Chula Vista. I would definitely stay here again.

My children like the convenient pool My husband and I liked how close it was to Seaworld and the Zoo, which were just 2 of the places we took the children to. We have stayed here one other time and had no complaints then either.

Very good location, since rooms near parking, could hear guests honking cars or talking very loud even at night. Breakfast could be improved. Would stay there again if can get same low rate.

Chula Vista a 10 min drive fron San Diego would recomend you need own transport to get a round. nice little motel.

For the rate we paid (<$50) this was a fine place to crash for a night (or two). The room was clean, and everything in it was just fine -- the beds, the bedding, accessories, etc. Location isn't the most impressive part but it is central enough that virtually everything you might need is within a 5 min drive. Breakfast was quite basic (6-9am) but not bad. We didn't use the pool so I can't comment on that. Just your basic one-night crash-over kind of hotel, I would say. Nothing fancy. And, very good for the price.
