We enjoyed our one-night stay, the price was fantastic, the room clean and comfortable enough... except the traffic noise from the highway, when the window was open, everything was OK. It is a decent place to stay a night. Please note though, there is NO KITCHEN, COFFE MACINE, or WATER HEATER there. However, I would definitely recommend this hotel, if you are ready to sacrifice some amenities to save money.
Nothing fancy, but definitely clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located near CSUS. Front desk staff was courteous and efficient. My wife was impressed with the bed, she said it was almost as comfortable as our selectcomfort bed at home!

Was home for a wedding. The stay was confortable. One daytime receptionist was unprofessional and very unhelpful. The other personell were polite and friendly. My room card did not function and had to go to the front desk, where the receptionist insisted I was not registered. She was looking up the wrong room as 222 when I was in 228. Not very cooperative.
Nice clean rooms and spacious. A little noise from traffic at night, because we were in front rooms. Maid service was okay, but they kept leaving out things like a washcloth, or a glass or not refreshing the toilet paper. Great coffee and muffins and the staff was accomodating.

Very basic, low budget hotel. No frills, but clean. Lots of low budget hotels smell really bad, this one did not. I would stay here again.
Friendly service, very good location.
Very basic accommodation perfect for our needs. We were attending a graduation at Sacramento State University and we walked there easily. The Riverparkway is also just a short walk from the motel. Continental breakfast was doughnuts, coffee and juice.
