Very clean and convenient location. For about 43 bucks a night on Thanksgiving it is worthy.

We where looking for a cheap hotel to stay in San Diego. I picked the Good Nite Inn because of its price and was surprised to find out how close it was to everything. In a great location, the staff is very knowledgeable of the city, and went out of their way help me find the closes bank.

The location is close to Old Town and trolleys into town. The neighborhood looks a bit rough but is quiet at night and just fine. Tasty food within walking distance and you can walk to Old Town. Room was very nice and clean for e money.

Motel staff were friendly and knowledgable. Motel was relatively clean for the price but location is not very good. You'd have to walk a good 10 minutes before reaching the transit center. Best to drive.

its nice for the price paid. i think the room was clean and smoke smell free. i will give 4out of 5 for this. the people in reception called me up early in the morning for my flight. what is written in the package is there. not a penny more or less. i would have really liked if there was a free internet facility.

This time we did not go to seaworld we went to Lego land instead, if you are planning to go to seaworld this is the place to be the staff is very helpful. The rooms are a little old but to be honest we only were there to sleep. The location is great if you want to check out the whole city. I will go back to this hotel it definitely serves it's purpose if you only need a place to sleep while you are there. The tv was a little disappointing there was no channel for my daughter to watch like Disney or nickolodian. Surely a great deal. P.S. I wish there was a microwave in the room

The hotel was very convenient to Comic-Con and to our friend who was doing the driving.

Went to San Diego to be at Petco Park to see weekend baseball games between the Atlanta Braves and the San Diego Padres. A fantastic ballpark, under great weather. The Good Nite Inn was just a short distance away from Petco, with lots of eating places near the Inn. Would do this type of trip again in the future.

Recieved a very warm weclome greeting. This is a very good motel which is close to the rail/bus system. If you are on a budget this motel is an ideal choice.

Rooms are basic standard with bathroom and the price does reflect this. Staff are friendly. Complimentary morning coffee are available at reception. Location is about 15min. walk from Old Town transit centre, which is more convenient than waiting for the bus. It does seem to locate in a dodgy looking place at first impression, but it is not. There are a lot of fast food available within 1 block away and they open till very late.

Some rooms are renovated, others need to be renovated very soon. The isolation of the rooms can be better. The rooms are not fresh smelling; too much chemicals are used in cleaning the rooms.

We paid a very good price and it was in a pretty good location for what we needed but I wouldn't stay here again as it is an old place and I didn't like the feel of it at all. When people next to us were having a shower the pipes made very very loud noises and would wake you in the morning! The bathroom was tiny and dingy and although it was clean it just felt dirty because of how old this place is. It is right opposite Dennys and a nude place if that's your thing!

I was very happy with this hotel. At first it looked like the area was a bit dodgy but in fact it's well located and an easy walk to the trolley, even if the streets are not very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable

Clean large room 10-15 minutes walk from Old Town Transit centre. If you want to travel to other locations such as Mission beach, La Jolla and the Malls, this is a good location. Some reviews I have read say the area is not good with nude bars etc. The truth is two nude bars on a major junction. Opposite the motel is a Denny's and Jack in the box.

We did not receive very good directions to the hotel from the staff. I would stay here again however, because of the extremely inexpensive price, which fit into our family of 4's budget.
