My room was well-appointed, and had a kitchen-annex which added to its functionality. Room was spacious, with extra large settee. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful - that made for a completely enjoyable few days. Bus transport for all parts of Perth is virtually at the door.
I enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel to bus and train first of all. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and very helpful. The restaurant served great food and it was nice to be able to enjoy a quiet beer.

A great value for money Hotel. Our room was an upgraded room and was excellent. I would definately stay here again.
I found the staff pleasent and helpful. I was impressed with the gluten free options on the menu.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly and helpful from the front desk to the cleaners. Only small minuses were the limited menu in the restaurant but we didn't stay here for the food and the compact bathroom but it served its purpose.
It was good value for money and they provided free car parking, which was very much appreciated. I had asked for a room in which the window could be opened, but this was not the case. The staff were quite helpful and lent us an umbrella.

My daughter and I were given a room in the hotel which was clean, though old. The bed was very uncomfortable due to it's age. When we discussed this the next morning they gave us an upgrade to a refurbished room, which turned out to be excellent!!! We didn't even have to pay any extra. We would definitely stay there again!
Overall a very good, however dated facilities in good central position. Excellent car parking facilities included. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for a good price. Would stay again.

an enjoable stay staff were great always willing to please the refurbished room was great as you are able to cook as well. the restruant staff and food was great plenty to eat as well. lacks parking space when hotel is full.the location is perfect just on the edge of town. will be staying there again
A very happy stay....the room was excellent with a view of the Swan River from the small balcony. Cooking facility ,large fridge and easy reach of the WACA and CBD.......
I thought this hotel was very good value. It is located near the centre of Perth, the staff were friendly and the rooms large and clean. The area near it also has plenty of bars and eating places and the hotel itself offered quite reasonable food.
Very convenient location, rooms a bit dated but quite good value for money.
