"This place is a real gem. I have stayed in many hotels in Surabaya and this one is one of the best. I was expecting a room, what I got was a 1 bedroom unit, the rooms were huge. It is easy to become lost walking around this estate. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Nothing is to much trouble for them. This is a very large place with many different types of accomadation available. In the future for longer stays I will be coming here. Reasonably close to business area for me. Great gardens, facilities, and staff. I will recomend this place to everyone I know that visits Surabaya in the future. If there is one sad point, it would have to be the lack of internet access from rooms." - Gary Drane
