"The very modern hotel is situated right next to the highway. It doesn't bother at all, it's a very quiet hotel. The inside looks great (great design; wide, a lot of light) and people are very helpful. A cab will take you 20 minutes to the city centre. If you walk out of the hotel opposite the highway in the other direction, within one mile you are in the middle of a very nice and quiet area (nature!). "It is a very new hotel and the rate and quality is extremely good. The hotel is close enough to the city centre and is located next to the highway, which is not bothering at all! Hotel description:    Opened in April 2004, GRAN HOTEL ALMENAR**** has 103 SPACIOUS rooms, the majority being SUITES. All rooms are equipped with the latest technological advancements and with the highest standard of comfort to satisfy all our guests’ needs. Hotel facilities include 3 meeting/conferences rooms, bar-cafeteria, restaurant and free indoors garage.
All our guest rooms have been carefully designed to satisfy both the needs of business and leisure travellers. Our rooms are all exterior with their own private balcony; the majority of rooms are SUITES with separate lounge and office. All the rooms have air conditioning, mini-bar, hair dryer, TV, Internet connection, telephone and free safe box. Handicap and non-smoking rooms are also available.
Located in Las Rozas north of Madrid at exit 26 of the A6 highway Madrid- A Coruña, in a residential area opposite the train station of Las Matas, within close proximity to Casino Gran Madrid, Las Rozas Business Park, Heron City Entertainment Centre and Las Rozas Village and Factory Outlet Shopping Centres.

Getting there: Access from the airport: take motorway "M40" heading A-6 instructions (north), then get "A6 A Coruña" highway going north until exit 26 for "Las Matas / Los Peñascales / Via de servicio". At the first round about turn left passing under the highway. At the second round about turn left once again which will bring you to the service road, Jaraiz Street is the third and the hotel is located on the right hand side.

In public transport, at Atocha or Chamartin Station take the train "Cercanias RENFE", train line going to Villalba. Leave the train at "Las Matas" train station. Cross the highway by the footbridge, walk 300m towards to "A Coruña" (north) and you will found us on your lelf hand side.

Taxi from airport: 50€ more or less.
