The food here was first class with a very good choice. If you are a burger and chip type don't go there
This was our 4th visit to this Hotel. Would recommend a room on a high floor ( If you are good with heights! ) as the views are outstanding. The Staff as always were very helpful and the food was good - plenty of choice.We will look forward to returning again in the future.
If you get put in the older and shorter sister building ask to be moved, its much nicer in the tall block. Its a bit out of the way from the centre but great for quiet and beach.
For such a large busy hotel we found it to be excellent. There was plenty of room, no queues in restaurant, plenty of beds round the pool, good service at the bar.
We did enjoy our stay at this hotel,however I was really annoyed when we arrived at the restaurant at 8.45pm to find there was very little food left.There is no waiter service for your drinks,therefore after waiting to buy our drinks,the other members of my party had eaten their first course.I had no main course that evening as there was nothing left!N.B It states Dinner is served till 9.30. All food was cleared away on the dot at 9.25pm!

both the room and bathroom were cramped . the fittings were poor, bathroom tiles were loose with thick dirty grouting on the tile surfaces. both the sink and the bath plugs were far too small. taps had to be kept on. i would not return.
Excellent hotel, good food. Only bad comment was the church next door which had a clock which chimed every 15 minutes from 8am to 12 midnight.
Dear Sir you will not like to get this feed back (1) My view is that with a hotel your size you should have heated swimming pool or inside one (2)your set up in the dinning room leaves a lot to be desired ---one main serving area for so many eating at a time it like cattle mart imagine being in queue to get veg and 20 in front of you (3)your choice of food main dish for me terrible one night you had chicken i was delighted as i do not eat fish and all i get is thigh and it supposedto be 4 star hotel .I was not the only one complaining while we were there sorry for this reply but must say your staff were fantastic ______Cora
Have stayed in this hotel many times and my only complaint had been the food. In particular, the lack of Vegetarian options. However, this time I was concerned by a new ploy of the chamber maids to walk through the corridors buzzing every door bell so as to wake you, despite the do not disturb sign on the door. Not good practice.
They STILL need to sort out a vegetarian option in the restaurant, but otherwise a superb hotel.
One of the best 4 star hotels I have stayed in Benidorm and surprise surprise the reception staff were friendly!!!

Read a lot of bad reviews from a few English travelers, but I'm glad to say that my experience of this hotel was fantastic, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a very good for a resort location.
the food was not as good as our last stay but it is ok the lunches are better than the dinners we think this hotel is great and excellent value for money thank you hotel bali for a great time
Very good hotel! I have read previous comments and expected to see much more people in such a big hotel in the middle of july. But there were no problems with crowd, elevators, places near pool and at the restaurant. Very nice and fast service - any problem was solved in a couple of minutes. As I understood - every room in main building have sea view. It was very impressive! When I booked room, I had some aditional wishes about room situation - it was a subject of availibility, but they complied every my wish with no aditional charges! What I didn't like: no playgrounds or something like that for children - only videogames and pools; not so close to the sea - it takes about 10 minutes to get there
