Gran Hotel Catalonia Barcelona

Stayed for 1 night. Everithing is fine but location requires taxi ride to get to tourits district.

A little dark (dark woods) but a good hotel. Francesco was a good help :) The breakfast was excelent. The downside was that we were in a triple and the third bed was not very good. In terms of location it's near the Batlo's house and La Pedreira, Passeo Gracia, but not IN the ramblas, so if you like "noise" this is not your hotel.

Very good location and the service was very good. I will certainly use it again.

The room we had to house 3 adults was quite large, two single beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom was also quite large, so we felt very comfortable in the room. The hotel staff were very helpful.

This hotel is basically clean, and the room is spacious. Convenient location, 2 minutes walk to neaby subway stations, by which you can go almost anywhere within the city. Service is rather businesslike but it's sufficient.

This hotel is excellent! Great location, great room, includes everything one needs, great meals, great service, I recommend it to everyone! superb! Great value for money.

Excellent restaurant. No view since it is below ground but service, quality and price are very good. Great buffet breakfast. Location of hotel good for walking to shopping and 5 min to metro. Friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel is very well located. It is close to Gaudi's Casa Mila and other modernistic buildings. The rooms are quiet in spite of high traffic on front street. The restaurant features good and inexpensive lunch and dinner and very good breakfast buffet. Front desk is, by far, the weakest of its services. We stayed two three-day periods - before and after a Mediterranean cruise. For european standards, very well deserved four stars.

Good location relative to the major turist interests as well as close to the Barcellona Bus tours that takes you to the most interesting places in the city.
