fantastic hotel,definately going back!!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights on B&B basis in February. The hotel was clean but in our opinion was more of a 4 than 5 star. Breakfast was excellent. The room on this website stated it had coffee/tea facilities but the hotel said this wasn`t included in the room rate. I also needed a sewing kit for a minor repair but the hotel didn`t have one. The toiletries were not Bulgari and very limited. The location is very poor and unless you want to sit on the beach all day or have a car you are stuck. The access to Puerto Banus is a difficult 15 minute walk along the beach which in the winter is very lonly and dark. The other option is to walk along the busy road which in Feb was like a motoway so who knows how dangerous it must be in the busy periods. Unless you have a car I wouldn`t recommend it here if you have children. The hotel shuttle bus to its sister hotel in Marbella is a very good service but be aware if you plan to use it to see the town it is quite a walk from the centre.

Excellent service, some very friendly staff. Staff worked all hours all weekend, felt sorry for them! We were upgraded to a suite for free overlooking the sea, excellent value for money!

Excellant hotel we will stay again. The only small point I would make would be if they could could time you about the facilities - I did not know what they had on offer until I spoke to a fellow guest.

Very friendly and efficient check-in staff. Great accommodation with excellent features. Could not find a "guide" to the hotel facilities (phone numbers to outlets, opening times, internet access, etc.) Will definitely return and recommend.

The service was good in places, patchy in others. Drains were smelly as in most of the south of Spain. Facilities were pretty good. On the whole I would say it was value for money. I would stay again.

Golf organisation very poor. Hotel excellent, rooms excellent, breakfast excellent. Would definatly stay again, very reasonalby priced.

Great hotel, great location, will return

This is an excellent brand new hotel. Luxurious yet reasonably priced. The four restaurants in the hotel (one seafood, one Italian, one French, one Spanish) are all top rated and much better than any in the local area. Try booking one of the rooms on the top floor (4th) which has it's own roof terrace with Jacuzzi and outdoor dining facilities. However, every room has it's own large terrace, most with sea views. Highly recommended.

Fantastic hotel with great facilities, located right on the beachfront. Great restaurants (one of them has two Michelin Stars) with friendly service.

This is a beautiful new hotel - fantastic buffet breakfast, gorgeous rooms, immaculately clean , in fact this was our second stay.

The decor and furnishings were to a standard one would expect from a five star hotel and we were not dissappointed. The staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. We have already recommended to friends going on honeymoon in the area, and would definately make a repeat visit.

I stayed in a junior suite, which while well equipped generally was quite gloomy during the day. There was not a great choice in the mini bar and there was no ice provided. I was charged almost 5 euro for ice to be brought to the room.

This hotel was an amazing find. Located within easy walking distance of the main port. The facilities were excellent, the service superb and the junior suite was of the very best quality. A new, well planned and luxurious hotel with attentive, polite and friendly staff. The perfect base for a holiday in this area.

Fantastic place... will definately be visiting again.
