"Soller is a little off the beaten track located in north west Majorca. The mountain scenery surrounding the town is stunning. The Grand hotel is in the centre of the quaint small town. The older world facade hides a very up to date hotel with modern facilities, well appointed rooms, friendly service and an excellent restaurant. An ideal place to stay for a few days when exploring "the other" Majorca. The journeys round to Soller from either Pollenca or Andratx are via precipitous roads but well worth the effort for the views. If you prefer the easy way there is now a tunnel through the mountains. "This hotel was very difficult to find, due to the small streets and the one way system. Also the staff did not have great local knowledge and actually gave us incorrect infromation. Apart from the that the hotel was very clean and comfortable but i would not have said it was 5 stars." - Anonymous
"Great hotel for a relaxing holiday. Immaculately clean. Friendly staff. The swimming pool on the roof terrace is very small, but not crowded, and the views are fantastic. The spa pool is a delight. The lawned garden is an oasis of tranquility in a busy little town. Although there were one or two children staying there, the hotel has no facilities for them at all, and as such is an excellent choice for couples looking for a peaceful holiday." - Anonymous
"this is a superb hotel and location. Stunning rooftop terrace where you have a sumptious breakfast, looking out on the rooftops and landscape of tranquil soller. Heaven!!!!! This is a wonderful 5star hotel, 2 minutes walk to the square.. Very safe feel and friendly place.. " - malcolm bailey
