"could have been explained more about service in rooms first day we went down for breakfast and they did not have us down for breakfast the next day we thought we had to put order out on the door went for breakfast and then breakfast arrived in our room what awaste it should be explained more fully but hotel was exellent.and staff were good no problems ecept for above" - james smith
