"I would like to explain cleanliness: People smoke in the hotel restaurant area and the smell is everywhere!

The Gran Hotel Velazquez is located in one of the most priviledge areas of the city, in the aristocratic residential neighbourhood of Madrid (Barrio de Salamanca) home to the best internationally renowned shops -In the heart of "The Golden Mille"- leading domestic and international banks.
The hotel has 144 rooms, (75 with sitting room), each with fully appointed bathroom, direct dial telephone, air conditioning, interactive and satellite TV, piped music, minibar and safe deposit service.
