Grand Ambassador Seoul Associated Pullman Hotel

The whole experience with the Hotel Club and stay at the Grand Ambassabor was great. Highly recommended. This was for business... not so sure about for Holiday!

Stay there on my recent family trip, a good hotel to recommended. Very nice and clean hotel. Staff speak good English and very friendly, and there is no communication problem at all. 5-7 mins walk to Subway Station. Around the hotel got convenient stores and also quite a lot nice eateries all by walking distance. From Airport you can take KAL (Korean Aiport Limousine) direct to the hotel, just purchase the ticket at the airport, and from the hotel to the airport, you can arrange it with concierge, purchase the ticket. Daily every 1/2 hour they got KAL depart to airport, really convenient. They provide shuttle bus to Dong Dae Moon, Itaewon, Myeong Dong, Nang Dea Moon too. I will definetely go back to this hotel again if i visit Korea in future.

Fantastic breakfast, and staff very helpful. An added service was a shuttle bus to the shops, provided free. Also the Korean Airline bus shuttle stopped there. Well located and lovely hotel.

Exceptional hotel - extremely pleased, and definitely plan to stay again when I return to Seoul. Location was convenient - 5-10 min walk to the Metro, and only a few stops from central Seoul. Rooms were spotless and modern, as was the rest of the hotel, and the service was excellent. The staff could not have done any more to be helpful, friendly, and make our stay pleasant.

generally, we liked this hotel. The only thing we found a little bit inconvinient there was "the internet" wasn't free.

For a hotel of this category, there should be free internet in all rooms at all time

It was clean with good staff. The only problem was the bed which was a littel soft dished in the middle. . Totaly i recommend it.

Very nice and class environment and very good service, well spoken English, efficient staffs, enjoyed the free shuttle service going shopping and Dongguk University subway is just outside the hotel nearby, very convenient to go anywhere you want.

Wonderful hotel with attentive staff ever ready to assist. Comfortable beds and many amenities in the rooms. Breakfast selection was comparatively smaller but good quality of food. Short walk to Metro and hotel also has a courtesy bus.

I would highly reccomend this hotel. For the price in such a high class city, it cannot be beat. The bar is beautiful and really adds to the ambiance of the facility. I also enjoyed the breakfast that was included in the morning. The service was top of the line and I only remember this level of hospitality at far more expensive hotels. The location was good, however, I reccomend using the hotels shuttle because it is a little far from the shopping areas. Lastly, if you enjoy working out, I would highly reccomend using the pool and fitness facilities.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. They allowed me to check in around 9+ am with no fuss even though I did not request for early check in, maybe they just had available rooms. I'm usually quite fussy about hotels and this hotel definitely made the mark. Great room, good service, location alright but frequent complimentary shuttle bus to all the major place of interest more than made up for it. Happy to go back and stay there in the future provided rates are good.

It is a shame for an international hotel that there was very little English understood by the staff. Also having to wait until 6pm to have the room cleaned after being out all day is totally unacceptable. The pool is not wortjh mentioning and that is if you can get into it due to the amount of people have swimming lessons. Not a hotel I would go back to.

Overall it is excellent and you stay a 5 stars hotel for the price of 4 stars rate. However, something annoyed me was the hotel room bill I finally paid for was 5% higher over the total currency conversion to Korean Won from quoted rate !

I had a great view of Seoul Tower from my room. It is a good location if you want to escape from the major tourist areas, but near enough to the subway to be a convenient base.

Excellent hotel, very nice and polite staff, everybody speaking good English. The rooms are clean and really comfortable. A shuttle bus service is offere free to downtown. Can be highly recommended to anybody visiting Seoul.

The service was amazing at the Grand Ambassador Seoul ( AKA SOFITEL AMBASSADOR SEOUL). All staff spoke english at the hotel and were very nice and helpful. The location is fantastic. Many places to eat within walking distance. The only thing I would not recommend is the massage in the hotel. We went to take a look at the shop before booking and glad we did. The "spa" on the lowest level seems to be run by a third party and looks terrible. Other then that, I would give this hotel a good strong 4 star rating. Great value at 100 USD a night as well.

The twin room, a little bit small. The shower in the bathroom a bit old fashion, need to be renovated.

Great hotel. Convenient location close to the subway, very helpful english speaking staff and very comfortable room provided. I would recommend staying here.

Our stay at the Sofitel hotel was short but very comfortable. The view from our room was wonderful and the service was impeccable. I was unfortunately disappointed as we had just arrived at the hotel after a long flight expecting to have a good meal and was told by the waiter that the restaurant would be closing in a half hour and that they couldn't serve us. They did though take us another restaurant at the hotel .I would recommend the hotel without a doubt.

On the whole my stay hotel was a pleasant one, except for the problem of being charge for 2 days of internet charges while only using for one day as they said that I had log-in on an hour basis instead of daily. The hotel should have charge me 1 day as the total hour I log-in on records shows only 8 hours or less. As the result was due to them telling me that the procedure of logging in is the same for cable as wireless which is not so.
