Transfers from airports can be arranged. Nearest train station from Brisbane is Helensvale. By car proceed from Brisbane/Sydney Motorway. Take exit "Smith Street" also marked Seaworld Exit.
Proceed to the Broadwater. Turn left and The Grand is 2km on right side.

| Check-in Procedure: |
Our check in time is 2pm however should you wish to check in earlier please advise and we will endeavor to assist. If arriving after hours please phone to arrange for keys to be left out. On arriving, use Labrador Street entrance to the resort. Proceed up the ramp to main reception glass doors then follow instructions located next to key pad for access to building.

Our one bedroom apartments are quoted for 2 persons. Extra persons,except infants in their own cots (hire cots available) are $22 per night per extra person .
In our two bedrooms, prices quoted are for four persons. Extra persons $22 per night. Maximum occupancy is 6.
