Nice hotel with such a clean room. Breakfast was average. I was dissapointed that upon check in, the front desk agent told me to pay different amount of rate that I had in my voucher. Certainly I refused to pay more and it takes an age for them to handle this problem. This case shouldn't be happened in the first place since they are well-reputed hotel in Semarang. However, staff are always being nice to me.

Very good hotel to stay in with excellant customer service. This is the second time I have stayed here and will stay again . Rooms have been refurbished since my stay last year tasteful modern decor very relaxing.

hotel currently being room refurbished but facilities are very good anyway.staff are very friendly breakfast is good and beds are new
