"The hotel staff was kind enough to give us 2 interconnected rooms (we were a group of 4 friends). Check in was a breeze...and the front desk was extremely helpful in terms of giving tourist information. The hotel location was ok...with a major mall closeby and some small shops also closeby, however there were no beaches closeby, and the tourist locations were not very closeby. The pier was a taxi ride away. Parking facilities were good, and we were able to rent a car and park at the hotel itself. Overall, a good experience, however the location may not be the best." - Anonymous
"The bedsheets & blankets are very dirty with a lot of stains & old. If you do not mind dirty bedsheets & old balnkets its ok.
The toilet looks dirty as well especially the bath tub and shower area with black and yellow stains.
Breakfast is the lousy, never experience such a lousy breakfast. Service is also the worst as they do not refill items when it has finished, as we had our breakfast at 9:30am. Guess thats considered late.

"It has some minor faults, such as the tv reception is bad and the tv remote is missing. No tissues in rooms and so on. The gym facility is not available. If you are booking for a non-peak period, it is best that you approach the hotel directly rather than booking online. The rate is about 25% lower than the online rate." - Anonymous
