"Good location for shopping, but to our surprise we were denied the use of the luggage trolley to take our luggage and shopping loads for unknown reasons. my husband had to carry the loads from our room to the ground floor. The reception staffs are not friendly. the hotel provide no breakfast for a room charge of std superior. will reconsider if we want to come back." - SHAROOM CHA


"We took a cab and had a hard time looking for the address which is 147-149 Beijing Rd. The fact is that the buiding is at the corner of Beijing Road and Tai Kang Rd. However, the main entrance to the hotel is in Tai Kang Rd. A little confusing, even for our cab driver." - MANUEL LEE
