"A 3,5-4 star hotel depending on the room you get. Important differences between simple rooms (non renovated probably) and "executive" ones (simple renovated rooms overlooking Place Massena -great view. What was outrageous though is that I extended my stay by one night and the reception charged me the maximum price which applied on that day -I should have booked through [website]!" - Anonymous
"The room we booked was expensive at 187 Euro for a dirty, old and small room. Painting was falling of the ceiling and walls. Carpet was worn out and dirty.
When we complaint to the reception nothing helped. We had to pay 50 Euro more to get a decent room. The staff is friendly except the recpetion clerck we had to deal with on arrival.
Breakfast is expensive for 20 Euro's and to use the pool you have to pay another 14 Euro PP.
In summary: excellent location, but you need to take the rooms on the 6th floor and expect to spend 305 Euro's per night for two B&B." - Marc Gheeraert
