Grand Hotel Des Terreaux Lyon

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the the Grand Hotel Des Terreaux. The satff were very helpful. The room was luxurious and the location was superb. We would return without hesitation.

This hotel is small but perfectly formed. It has a perfect location near the tourist sights and shops. It is literally in the next street from one of Lyon's most celebrated restaurants, and given that Lyon is 'all about the food' that is a bonus.

Perfectly located in very close to Place Terreaux. Good value for money. Even a small pool. Charming rooms.

We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is definitely not a rip-off, unlike many other hotels in European cities.

The hotel is very good, rooms are updated & very clean but being a 4 star did not have air-conditioning (apparently they will be installing soon). The summer heat of Lyon made our stay uncomfortable, the room was very warm & airless & if opening windows the traffic noise was unbearable. It has an inside pool and buffet breakfast was good. The location is great with many restaurants & museums nearby. Highly Recommend but make sure the air conditioning has been installed.

It is a nice clean hotel with friendly staff. The location is also good, it is walking distance to most things in the city.

The art deco style foyer is beautiful. The rooms are basic but perfectly fine and very clean. The service was excellent with very friendly staff. This hotel is very well located in the centre of town and in easy walking distance to bars, restaurants and sights. We would definitely stay there again.
