"The hotel was adequate but the facilities were not up to the standards that I would expect from a 4 star hotel. Check-in took about 30 minutes because the check-in person kept answering the phone and barely acknowledged my presence. The manager simply sat behind his computer, not bothering to actually get up and help. Then they couldn't find a record of my booking (later that day another guest had the same problem, so this appears to be a recurring problem). Also, the person who checked us in was curt and unfriendly and also quite scruffy! He certainly did not present the hotel in the best way. Needless to say, I did not give them a very good rating in their own survey. I don't recommend this hotel at all." - Andras Radvanszky

Hotel description:    Grand Hotel Fleming is strategically located in a neighbourhood full of sporting, musical and theatrical events, being at the same time few minutes from Roman Ring Road, and from the City centre. The hotel is a perfect place to stay should the guest travel for business or for leisure, looking for a warm, nevertheless efficient structure. It is just a few minutes' walk from the Olympic Stadium and the Auditorium Parco della Musica. The historic centre is easily reached by bus or taxi. Everywhere guests are welcomed by light and soft colours, stuccoes, elegant fabrics and plunch moquettes. All 300 rooms have been recently refurbished, all with satellite Tv, fridge, hairdryer, direct phone line, and electronic safe. Three meeting rooms are available placing up to 150 persons.

Go straight on and make a left at the fifth intersection, that is Via Bevagna, the hotel is located about 30 meters ahead, at Piazza Monteleone di spoleto, 20.
