Very expensive hotel with a not so friendly staff
This was a beautiful hotel in an amazing location. The staff we extremely friendly.
We got 2 rooms on the top floor which only have 5 inches width and 3 feets in lengh which we could not see much outside. and the smell of food that cooking from the kitchen stay in the rooms for all times. Air-condition not working very well. We ask if we could change the rooms but the attitude of staff were not very helpful (that's what we pay for!) Only good staff is the Porter which is very helpful apart from that nothing we miss and definitely not going back.
staff lovely, very helpful and friendly. very relaxing and peaceful place.The views across the lake, other little villages around the lake and the snow capped mountians are stunning,a most romantic place!! can't wait to return!.
Very goog hotel in a very beautiful location
A little dated, but traditional Italian hotel on the banks of Lake Come. Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff, clean and comfortable. Very reasonably priced. I would be more than happy to return.
