"We got 2 rooms on the top floor which only have 5 inches width and 3 feets in lengh which we could not see much outside. and the smell of food that cooking from the kitchen stay in the rooms for all times. Air-condition not working very well. We ask if we could change the rooms but the attitude of staff were not very helpful (that's what we pay for!) Only good staff is the Porter which is very helpful apart from that nothing we miss and definitely not going back." - Anonymous
