"A very old hotel with a very good location. And that is it. No more. Bad airconditions, bad showers. The hotel looks in very bad condition. Staff is nice and kind, they do they best. The price you pay is only for the good location and for the clean room. For somebody therse are the most important. For them it is perfect place to stay. " - Anette Doktor

"We chose the hotel for its location and 4 star rating. We found the hotel is in a perfect location but it is so very old, with very dimly lit lighting. The rooms and facilities were old and rather outdated . We'd asked for two connecting rooms as we traveled with two kids but they were not available (which is understandable.) The registration staff the morning we arrived was very helpful in finding us one room for early check-in, though the room was extremely small, even smaller than tiny standard ones we used to stayed in Tokyo 4 star. (The other room they arranged for us later were almost twice the size of the former, in a different wing totally but still on the same floor.) Breakfast was good. In all, service was good, but for the price we paid, we expect the hotel in a better condition. They do need renovation!" - Anonymous
