Beautiful hotel, perfectly located in Rome, definitely a place for a bit of luxury although would break the budget to stay for a long time. A couple of nights or one night splurge makes it perfect!
A very old hotel with a very good location. And that is it. No more. Bad airconditions, bad showers. The hotel looks in very bad condition. Staff is nice and kind, they do they best. The price you pay is only for the good location and for the clean room. For somebody therse are the most important. For them it is perfect place to stay.
the hotel has agreat location , spacious room ,friendly reception and appropriate breakfast boufait, but awful unhelpful concierge , and the toilete was kept not in a very clean state.
We chose the hotel for its location and 4 star rating. We found the hotel is in a perfect location but it is so very old, with very dimly lit lighting. The rooms and facilities were old and rather outdated . We'd asked for two connecting rooms as we traveled with two kids but they were not available (which is understandable.) The registration staff the morning we arrived was very helpful in finding us one room for early check-in, though the room was extremely small, even smaller than tiny standard ones we used to stayed in Tokyo 4 star. (The other room they arranged for us later were almost twice the size of the former, in a different wing totally but still on the same floor.) Breakfast was good. In all, service was good, but for the price we paid, we expect the hotel in a better condition. They do need renovation!
the hotel was very good ,the room was very spacious, excelent breakfast and dinner.very helpfull staff
Our room was quite old and anything but luxurious. It had views over an alley and the "complete" minibar contained a Coke, a bottle of water and some tiny scotch. On the other hand, it was pretty big. The hotel is not as impressive as any other five star might look and breakfast is just average. However, it has a great location and beds are extremely comfortable.
The hotel was very nice. Our first room assignment was VERY small and unacceptable. ..couldn't turn around in the shower. We requested a better room for the same price and got a wonderful room. They did this graciously. Some staff at the hotel front desk were excellent, others were not. The location of the hotel was superb. I would recommend this hotel.
Nice hotel.Very good location.
A perfect location. This is really a Grand Plaza Hotel with high ceilings, crystal chandeliers, roof paintings and red carpets. Very nice atmosphere!
Initially disappointed by the quality of the room given it's a 5 star hotel. However hotel changes the room to one of a much better standard without difficulty. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was for the roof top bar but on arrival at the hotel we were told it didn't open until June, this it not made clear on their web-site. However the location of the hotel is fantastic and it is very clean if a little faded. I would go back there but book a superior room.
It's all about the location. This is a magnificent hotel in the heart of Rome. Amazing architecture, and walking distance to many major attractions. I would definitely stay here again.
A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location.
The hotel was beautiful, very well situated just in the heart of the shopping district and near all the favourite places to see and go. The decor in the hotel is beautiful.
The hotel itself was fantastic!
The location of this hotel is excellent for all of Rome's tourist attrac tions and there are a large number of bars and resteraunts nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly.
Great location. The hotel arranged an English speaking driver to take us around, excellent! Fabulous breakfast buffet came with the room price. They were able to get us into the room, without extra charge, early in the morning when our plane arrived. Would stay there again.
One of the nicest Hotels we stayed in while we were in Europe ...
For those who love shoppîng, the location of the hotel is excellent. And the staff were helpful & friendly.
WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. MOST IDEAL AND SAFE LOCATION. FRIENDLY STAFF. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
This hotel is located in the best location possible, lovely hotel and really nice staff.
