Getting there: Two minutes walk from Visitor Information Centre. Taxis at rear of complex, ten minutes drive from Rotorua Airport. The Hotel is just off Fenton Street which is one of the main arterial streets entering the City.
Check-in Procedure: Check in from 2.00pm to 9.00pm. Check out by 10.00am. Late arrivals or departures must be by prior arrangement. Reception open from 8.00am to 9.00pm - Express Checkout available outside reception hours.

Check in via the Hotel Reception situated on Pukuatua Street. Entrance to the car park is via Pukuatua Street.
Car parking: FREE guest parking.
