"In general, a very good upscale hotel. A couple of minor gripes though. There were was no washing machines or laundrette for guests to do their own washing, and I had to pay 2000 Yen every time I wanted to use the gym. Other than that, a very nice hotel with very good facilities and customer service. I would reccomend this hotel with confidence.

Sapporo Grand Hotel was established for accommodating politicians, leading business people.
The hotel also used as a salon for local people. As the first western hotel in Hokkaido,
we have been welcomed royal families and VIP's from overeas. Renovation of high floors in East building has been completed in June 2006.
The main lobby and restaurants have also renewed in December 2006. Further more, Club floor, relaxation space and
15 deluxe rooms including suite have been added on 4th floor in main building.
For dining option, guests can choose from 5 in-house restaurants and 3 bars. In Japanese restaurant, guests can enjoy
authenic Japanese cuisine inspired by fresh Hokkaido preducts while over viewing Japanese garden.
Western dining boasts its wine list with over 1,000 different selected wine.
Sapporo Grand Hotel is located in Sapporo city centre. Its location is ideal for shopping, dining and night life.
It is only 5 min. walking to the world famous Show festival venue as well as major sightseeing spots.

and have it photocopied. we also ask our guests to fill the registration card
as well as to provide whether credit card guarantee or deposit in cash.
