"Having stayed at the Park Hyatt, we were very disappointed with the Grand Hyatt. The room was very average - not what we would expect with the price you pay." - Karen Phillips
"They charged $35 per night for valet parking which had not been disclosed prior to me booking, so this was a pain as i could have travelled there by train. Watch out for the extra parking charges." - Robert Dickson
"The Grand Hyatt Melbourne was wonderful. The room was lovely, the bed was really comfortable and the sevice was excellent. MY husband through it was the best hotel he had stayed in. The breakfast in the resuaruant was exceptional. I would stay there again in a heart beat. " - Leanne McLellan
"We enjoyed staying at the Grand Hyatt and would stay there again. The room was quite hot during the night which I mentioned to them during checkout. They conpensated us by removing our mini bar charges. Would stay there again. " - Laura Naldrett
