From St. Peter Airport head for the A12 for St. Helier joing the A2 which will lead to St. Helier, where you will find the Grand Jersey Hotel & Spa on the Esplanade, opposite the sea front.

Although currently undergoing refurbishment there was no inconvenience caused or excessive noises from work in progress. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. food especially breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend a visit.

The only problem was that car parking is very restricted. Otherwise, we were delighted with the hotel and the hotel staff were superb.

A beautiful hotel in an ideal situation, right on the sea front and opposite the berth of the ferry to the Elizabeth Island. Within easy walking distance of many restaurants and only ten minutes walk to the main shopping centre of St Helier. The hotel is magnificent and the staff were extremely helpful. We particularly liked the complimentary Jersey milk for our room tea facilities. We have no reservations in recommending this hotel to everyone.

Going through big upgrade but disruption was negligible. All the trappings of a grand hotel with facilities and services to match. Fine location. Parking for residents was limited though with parking restrictions generally in the area to compound matters. Staff consistently greet youas you pass them which was very pleasing.

I'd stayed here before a few years ago and it was fairly average then although pricy. Although there was maintenance work going on in the hotel whilst I was there, this did not affect the stay in any way. I understand this and other internal changes going on is aimed towards achieving 5 star status which I expect it will get and deserve.

Hotel was coming towards the end of an extensive development programme involving a £5m spend. There was some disruption & inconvenience experienced due to this - solvent smells with breakfast etc ok if you like being high i suppose! Location & food superb & our price excellent value. Will be very smart when finished.

Hotel was undergoing refurbishment but this did not disrupt our stay. Updated rooms are very good. Service was generally good and staff were helpful although I called Room Service, left a message but they never called back to take the order. Good location and a great indoor pool.

The hotel is undergoing a significant refurbishment program and will be fantastic once completed. The restaurant and bar areas are already completed and are very stylish. Great breakfasts, but unfortunately there is little or no vegetarian choice in the restaurant, which a hotel of this standard should cater for. Apart from that I'd recommend the hotel to others.

Excellent Hotel. Currently undergoing major refurbishment to bring to 5 Star standard. Service was already 5 Star. Bars and restaurant had already been refurbished and were spotlessly clean. We stayed Bed and Breakfast and breakfast could not be faulted. Room had not yet been refurbished and floorboards were a bit squeekey. Room was clean. Hotel was at edge of town but easy walking to shops and nightlife. Bulidings around hotel looked like they needed a facelift but major alterations of area was taking place. Would stay at hotel again when next visiting jersey
