The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful, and many spoke English quite well. The breakfast buffet was convenient, although the food was not exactly warm. Free airport shuttle was terrific, and the shuttle drivers were very helpful. Views from the lounge and room balconies were beautiful. Their "Internet Corner" has five laptops with free access, which was really great. Only complaint I have is the beds and pillows are pretty hard, although perhaps that is simply a cultural difference between Japan and the US. I would happily stay at the hotel again.
Room was a nice size and I loved the fact there was a small kitchen. English speaking staff were all very friendly and helpful. Parking was an issue but the staff was helpful with that too.
My wife and I spent a couple of nights in the hotel in mid April. The hotel is a bit expensive but it's all worth the money you pay! All rooms have a balcony, our overviewing Pacific ocean. We were very impressed with the extremely helpful staff especially the two concierge ladies. After Okinawa we were off to Miyakojima and didn't have accommodation organised. As we found out it wouldn't be easy due to a very popular yearly event on the island that we weren't aware of and it turned to be mission impossible. Everyone was very helpful but one of the concierges spent literatery hours looking for something for us and she was successful against all odds!! Would definitely recommend the hotel - it's been a very good experience and we wouldn't hesitate to use it again in future!
Excellent hotel. Five free stations in the computer room. The facility has everything a traveler wants in a hotel at a very reasonable price.
The hotel staff is excellent. Service is always attentive and typically Japanese respectful. Parking is one major shortcoming.
The hotel is located near Camp Foster so military travelers have access to a good NEX and on-post facilities. The hotel is a little out of the way, but there are taxis that stay posted outside. The desk is courteous and they can call a cab for you if needed. If you are looking to be right by the water, this is not the hotel. There is an indoor pool, but no outdoor areas for lounging except for your balcony. Overall, its a good place to stay for the money.
