"These apartments were really well appointed and very comfortable. The service from hotel staff, however, was poor. Young girls who were obviously not trained in hospitality management, guest communications etc. Had a fabulous stay there though, despite the tardy service, the room made up for it." - Anonymous

"The location is the most distant of Cairns northern beaches. It proved to be isolating, in that public bus travel had problems of limited schedules and scary driving. The local restaurants are mostly expensive, and facilities limited. These problems are removed if one has a car. The area is a sort of retreat. If you want the life of a tourist city, you are better staying in Cairns. The hotel itself is excellent, rooms not serviced everyday. I wish they had a better and less costly internet access system.
